The following rooms are available to hire:
- Main Hall
- Meeting Room 1
- Meeting Room 2
Hire charges
The current hire charges are:
Parishioners: £8 per hour or £50 per day
Non-parishioners and commercial bookings: £12 per hour
Charitable and not-for-profit organisations: free of charge
Payment must usually be made in advance of the booking, unless otherwise agreed by the Council.
Before your booking
All hirers must read and agree to the Village Hall Booking Terms and Conditions before the booking takes place.
The person making the booking must be a responsible adult and will be responsible for the hall during the hire period.
This includes making sure that attendees are aware of the fire exits, fire alarms, fire extinguishers and any relevant safety arrangements.
The hire period must include any time needed for setting up and clearing away.
For weekend or evening bookings, hirers may need to collect a key in advance. A refundable key deposit may be required.
